HAPPYYYY
Okay so My breakfast is = 1apple(57cal) & 1 coffee(2cal)and Iv been very good keeping my food down and not vomiting it up. I like apples(57cal)(the green ones) and coffee other than that is a salad (I don't count calories for a salad)for dinner and a hot chocolate (40cal) before bed. I like listening to music and when the virus cod-19 is gone I want to treat myself to a massage and a facial with my nails done aswell. Having a good day so far, Just need to get use to the salad for dinner and lunch time choices.Iv stopped eating koka noodles my safe foods are:
Coffee
APples
Salad
Hot chocolate
Asain street food - Pai thai noodles/spring vegetables
