NEW DIET PLAN FOR 2months

 Okay so im going to start my under 1,000calorie diet tomorrow.


Black coffee(10calories) Per cup

MONDAY-FRIDAY, FAST ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Smoothie 


2bannana 112+112calories

1 hand full of Blueberries 57calories per cup

2Apples 57+57 calories 

1 cup of Light Milk 106calories per 250ml. 444calories in total


1Potatoe 131calories

Salad 25calories

Colesole 83calories per cup

239caloriesi n total




683calories per day



Breakfast= 2coffee

Lunch= Soup + 1 coffee

Dinner = Soup + water(diluted ) 

Supper = Hot chocolate 40calories

(Treats, Diet coke)





SO I wanna go to the cinema with my mom (who is a size 00) and have some popcorn with her so I don't feel un safe. Going to do some food shopping and pick up some hot coco that is 40calories and will fill me up before bedtime :D

219lbs from 245lbs

 Okay so I have to eat @ the night time to keep me full and I was wondering to swap a big cheese & ham sandwich to just a cup of tea? I hate eating in the night time.   I'm taking Pro Zak and I hate it I really don't know the benfit of taking a liquid pro Zak.

Day 1 Of my Liquid Diet

Okay so Far I feel in a great mood by not "eating" and Like the idea of a quick Liquid diet to shed 50lbs. Im Doing this diet for only 7Days and than see how much I'll loose. If I loose over 7lbs Ill keep it for another 7Days.The Picture is from (My Pro Ana forum) and helps me stay on track of my diet.-And no this is not my legs- I wish ,Its my Goal weight. I'll keep you updated everyday for the next 7Days. GOod luck to everyone on a liquid diet . Eating a meal only before bedtime.(so i dont faint and collapse)




DAY 2 Of my  Liquid Diet

Woke up and hand a (Handful of blueberries,2bananas,and 250ml of light milk) Than I fell back asleep and had 1 large bowl of country vegetable soup   For my dinner. I will probably have a wrap with 2slices of ham,sprinkle of cheese and 40g of butter   before bedtime so I don't collapse. Or get too hungry @ night time. . I am drinking alot of fluids at the moment so that should do it till 8pm.

DAY 3 Diet^
Went to "Chopped" to get an "Oats So Good" Smoothie for lunch today and it really was nice,Got some more fruit for my morning smoothies for the next few days. Blueberries,Pears,Bananas  
Feeling a bit tired had diarrhea for the last 2 days. On day 2 I had a really bad head ache. 

DAY 4 Of my diet 10th/9/2020

SO today I went to get another Smoothie in Junction 14,I feel kinda craving a salad and I must wait till the weekend ..ugh I wish this diet will be over. I peed alot yesterday and today Im feeling/craving any kind of chocolate or something greasy like supermacs chips.I found a diet buddy and will keep PM my new friend.I kinda like the shower these days.Halloween is near and I cant wait till than to buy a masquerade dress with a skelton zip up top.I hate when staff are being controlling ("you have to wait half an hour till your next cigrettee)" why oh why not just give me a ***.  

DAY 5 OF MY DIET 11-9-2020
So I ended my diet and I feel really full after my chopped salad and smoothie. Not sure if I can continue with the liquid diet or not. Might go back onto my liquid diet to loose more weight and stop me from binge eating. I love the way I can just wake up and make myself a smoothie instead of hurting my stomach with toast.   Im going on MPA and see if fasting once a week will help me loose some weight. Ill keep you updated soon. I hate eating somthing that I know  will make me gain some weight or even worse-not knowing if it WILL make me gain some weight :(  I think for my next diet plan I will count calories. 524568 diet.  Or just have a 500calorie diet. for 4-5days again :P I feel safe when I only drink my calorie count.
